HOW TO ADD PRIVATE CHANNELS ON ROKU ROKU provides a thousands of channels for the various users. In addition to these channels there are number of channels that are available and are named under Roku private channels or none certified channels on Roku. Roku private channels are like any other Roku channels those are not available in the Roku channels store. You might not get help from the Roku channel support for these channels as well. They are private channel as they could be a BETA version of the channel or available for a limited viewers or could contain Adult content.
STEP 1: To add the Private channels on ROKU you need to Sign In to your ROKU account by going to the URL my.roku.com and sign in by using the correct credentials.
STEP 2: As you scroll down a bit there will be an option on the left side of the screen ’Add A Channel’.
STEP 3: Each private channel has a unique Channel Access Code. You have to enter that on the screen.
STEP 4: You will see the name and logo of the channel that you want to watch and you can click on the ‘Add Channel’ and it will add the channel in your account.
STEP 5: In order to access the channel you need to do the software update on our TV. It could be done on Roku device by going to Settings > System >Software Update>Check Now…. and it will check for an update and will add the channel on the bottom of the home screen.
