DATE Registration Primary Members - Navigator Users 1. Log into Aetna Navigator TM 2. Click Pharmacy Benefits link 3. Click Order prescriptions or check order status online link in the gray box at top of page – The member will be automatically registered and is taken directly to the secure home page of Aetna Rx Home Delivery – In the future, member can access Aetna Rx Home Delivery via Navigator TM or by going directly to the Aetna Rx Home Delivery web site and logging in

DATE Registration Primary Members - Non-Navigator Users 1. Go to either Aetna Navigator TM or Aetna Rx Home Delivery login pages 2. Click on the Register link for Primary Members 3. Complete the registration screens – Once registration is complete, member can access Navigator TM and Aetna Rx Home Delivery using the same user name and password
