Aim: To introduce the basics of a healthy, balanced food plan. Outcomes: To identify what we mean by a ‘healthy lifestyle’. To identify what contributes towards the ‘five a day’ form both fruits and vegetables. To review the students own nutrition and consider implementing ways of making it more healthy.
