Improper eating habits & working stress is one of the top reason for unhealthy body. We all know that our routine schedules much busy at working place but it is also necessary to fit your body & soul physically & mentally. Unhealthy routine is one of the major reasons for various diseases like obesity, diabetes, heart disease & other diseases.
