How does Turkish Delight Tastes? ●Turkish Delight is chewy, sweet and scented with the flavour of rose water. ●There is no intense flavours.

History of Turkish Delight ●It is believed that a sweet shop owner in Istanbul is the creator of this sweet ●A British traveller has made it famous all around the world ●Europe’s high society has received it as a part of their custom ●They have started to gift Turkish Delight each other

Ingredients of Turkish Delight ●Neutral oil (sunflower oil) ●Powdered gelatine ●Water ●Rose water ●Caster sugar ●Food coloring ●Icing sugar ●Cornflour

How to make Turkish Delight ●Mix gelatine, water and rosewater. Then add caster sugar ●Heat and stir until the gelatine is completely dissolved ●Reduce the heat for a few minutes ●Spread some oil to the baking tin and pour the mix ●Add food color (if necessary) and leave it for cooling ●Place it in a flat surface after setting and cut using sharp knife
