About Us Eightfold Institute of Australia(EIA) is a nationally recognized Registered Training Organization. (RTO Code 22577), providing students and graduates with Professional development and Internship Programs across a wide range of fields. EIA is dedicated to helping students and recent graduates to develop their knowledge, skills and abilities by providing Professional Development programs and Learning Experience programs.

What is an Internship?

Internship Unpaid work can take on different forms - including vocational placements, unpaid internships, unpaid work experience and unpaid trials. Unpaid work arrangements can be entered into for a number of reasons. These include:  to give a person experience in a job or industry  to test a person's job skills  to volunteer time and effort to a not-for-profit organisation.  These arrangements can be initiated by employers, the person wanting the work or experience, or educational/training institutions.

Arrangements by Host Companies for our students We encourage our host companies to have a safe learning environment. Interns will be provided adequate supervision by a mentor from host company All of our host companies required to create a learning experience for our students.

Answer is: While we do not guarantee employment, but since it is a program tailored specifically to student and host company's’ requirements, 2 out of 3 students have been offered a position within the host company.
