Presentation transcript:

All car has a suspension system that one links with all the wheels and tires of your car and made up of different parts and components.

Now most of the cars have an upper control arm and lower control arm in the front wheels as well as in the rear wheels.

The front wheels of your car have a front suspension and the control arms connect the frame of the front suspension.

At the end of each control arm have a rubber bushing which has two metal sleeves encasing with a rubber lining.

Below are the common symptoms that can help you to diagnose the failed lower control arm bushing of your

How it will work?

When the wheels move under the car's frame, the vibrations form between them.

The functions of the lower control arm bushing lower the intensity of these vibrations underneath as much as possible.

It allows the driver to avoid the vibration disturbances and focus on the road.

If the low control arm bushing of your car got damaged, the two pieces of metal making contact with each other and create a lot of problems.

Vibrations

The main function of the lower control arm bushing is to reduce the intensity of the vibrations in your car.

If the arms control bushing of your car is malfunctioned, then you can expect to feel the unusual vibrations in the car.

It will generally happen when the bushing will get worn out after a while and feel the vibration coming from the steering wheel.

The more you put step on the gas pedal to accelerate, more intense vibrations you will feel. To prevent the vibration set your car on cruise control systems.

Strange noises

If the lower control arm bushing of your car is worned out or failed, it may be starting to get too loose.

Either it will be got knocked loose from all the rough driving and cause strange clunking noise under the car.

This noise will intensify the driver that they will drive over rocky terrain because it will put more pressure on the worn bushing.

Eventually, the bushing is going to break due to the high pressure and need an immediate replacement for preventing the further damages.

Steering difficulties

The steering wheel wondering means the wheels of your car pull to the left too much or to the right too much.

It will cause more struggle to keep the steering wheel straight so that the wheels of your car will be straight.

If the lower control arm bushing of your car is failed, then the steering wheel of your car shifted.

So, when you are driving your car down a straight road, it will take a lot of effort on your part to keep it steered straight.

Conclusion

If you want to replace the failed lower control arm bushing of your car, then consider the factors like the model and make of your car.

For performing the replacement, you need to consult with a reputed mechanic who will fix it smoothly.
