Keep melting them in one place until the tie and its surrounding areas turn into a hot liquid. Melt the entire crack and wait for the liquid to harden.

At last, cut off all the unused area of the tie and fill the coolant in the radiator to complete the test and make sure that the crack is sealed completely.
