Install and Run the Kronos Mobile App *Important: To use Kronos Mobile, you must be granted a license by the Human Resources office.
Installation To install the Kronos Mobile app on your iPhone, iPad or Android device: 1. Access the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) on your smart device. 2. Search for “Kronos Mobile App” 3. Identify the Kronos Mobile App published by Kronos Incorporated. (Do NOT select “Kronos Efficient Mobile,” as Kronos Europe publishes that app) → On an iPad, you may see the Kronos Tablet app. Do NOT download, this is not the same application. 4. Tap the appropriate commands to download and install Kronos Mobile onto your device.
After downloading and installation is complete, you can launch the app on your device. The app requires three pieces of information, which you must enter. Note that the app will remember your User Name and Server Address. You must enter your password each time you logon. • User Name o network username (enter in lower case only, the same as you do when logging on Kronos at your desktop computer) • Password o network password (case-sensitive) • Server Address o https://lipscomb.kronos.net/wfc * This address must be entered exactly as shown here.

Once you are logged in, you will select ‘Punch’ from your Task List of Options.
Click the drop down box under “Transfer”. If you have multiple positions, you will need to select your job title before you timestamp. Click the drop down box under “Transfer”. (Do NOT select the job title on your “out” punch. Only the “in” punch. If you do not have multiple positions, you can click the “Record Timestamp” button to record in & out times without selecting a job title. FYI Then, select ‘Punch’ to record your time stamp.
Be sure you get your punch confirmation to know it was successful.
If you forget to clock in or out for a shift: A missed punch will appear as a solid red block on your timecard indicating you failed to timestamp. Notify your Kronos manager or direct supervisor of the missed punch so they can correct that as soon as possible. Be sure to share the correct job title with your manager for the shift so this can be added if the ‘in’ punch was missed. You should continue to punch in and out regardless of an earlier missed punch. Your timecard will update when the correction is made by your manager.
Using Kronos Mobile Offline The FIRST time you login to the Kronos Mobile application, you must be connected to WiFi. After that initial login, you can access Kronos Mobile and track your punches in and out without having to be connected to a WiFi or Cellular network.
The system will keep track of the punches, and once your device is connected to WiFi again, be that within hours, or the next day, the punches will sync and update on your time card.

Updating Kronos Mobile Settings If you need to update any Kronos Mobile settings on your device, use these instructions as a guide. Apple IOS Devices (iPhone) 1. Open Settings. 2. Scroll down to find KronosMobile. Tap to open the settings. 3. To change the Username or Server URL settings: a. Tap the item. b. Enter or modify the value. c. Repeat if necessary until all values are correct. 4. Tap “Settings” in the upper left-hand corner or simply close Settings Android Devices 1. Open the Kronos Mobile app. 2. Click the vertical ellipses in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. 3. Tap Settings 4. To change the Server Address: a. Tap Server Address at the top of the page. b. Update the address to the correct value. c. Tap OK. d. Tap the Return button on your Android device to return to the logon screen.
