Opening Ceremony On my honor I will do my best Scout Oath On my honor I will do my best To do my duty to God and my country and to obey the Scout Law; To help other people at all times; To keep myself physically strong, mentally awake, and morally straight. Scout Law A Scout is trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent.

Opening Ceremony The Outdoor Code As American, I will do my best to Be clean in my outdoor manners, Be careful with fire, Be considerate in the outdoors And be conservation minded.

District Commissioner Notes: Next District Committee Meeting and Online Town Hall: 16 Nov at 1900. Recharter: All units must use online rechartering this year and signatures will be electronical. TAC deadline for recharter is 1 Dec 2017. If Units do not have the recharter codes and URL please contact Ed Bowyer at DistrictCommissioner@BarbarossaDistrict.org or edbowyer@yahoo.com. Do not forget to fill out fill out the Journey to Excellence Form and submit with recharter. Packs who register one more scout than the previous year are eligible for free Pinewood Derby Cars. Contact Scout Shop for more information. If there are questions regarding the recharter process please contact your Unit Commissioner or District Commissioner to help you through the process. FOS: A volunteer for the FOS for the 2018 campaign, please contact the District Committee Chair if Interested.
