Aluminum is manufactured to International Marine Organization Specifications. (IMO) Plate is 12 metres long x 1.2 metres wide. Each of the four pieces is bent longitudinally.

Four sections ready for welding above the waterline.

Hull Keel Sections Fully Welded Above The Water Line. Hull Keel Sections Fully Welded Above The Water Line.

Plan View of Hull underneath after welding.

All frames are cut out of Marine Grade Aluminum by our computerized Profile Plasma Cutter.

Frames are Welded to the bottom section of the hull.

Side and Rear sections are welded to the frames and bottom of Hull.

Man marine diesel engine: V12, twin turbo - inter-cooled 1360 HP common rail computer controlled. Drives two double inlet lift fans and One Seven Blade pitch in motion thrust propeller. Lift air is blown into the pontoon skirt causing to inflate exiting under the bow into the plenum chamber, creating friction free lift.

Extruded 6061 Aluminum forms the floor in continuous lengths in the cabin. This is the same extrusion used in car ferries decking. Very light, immensely strong.

All floor sections are clipped together, welded on bottom of T section to frames and welded at each joint. This forms a double hull airtight chamber. Double Hull Floatation safety exclusive to our craft. Complies to IMO and country of operation survey.

The cabin floor is welded into place. Additional anti collision floatation tanks at bow and stern for passenger safety.

Sleeping quarters above engine. Can carry passenger surfboards with engine assessable under floor. Toilet with shower in front of passenger luggage storage area.

Toilet and shower forward of Luggage storage area shown red.

Seats installed per customer specifications. Tourist seats or leather luxury for VIP Passengers.

Decking, Tinted Windows and Skirt is fitted.

Roof and engine covers are fitted. Velocity 45 Hovercraft now ready. Add Wings for high speed Open Ocean travel in Hoverflight 45

70 knots cruise with 45 passengers in air-conditioned comfort, eating fine food and enjoying wine. DVD movies, music entertain passengers on long trips or just explore and enjoy the scenery through the wide windows. Hull is 18 metres long by 7 metres wide.

Cruise 70 knots over any sea states day and night.

Land in sea states of force 6 on two metre waves. Hoverflight 45 is cushioned by a ½ metre air gap under hull. Smooth air cushioned landings. Land in sea states of force 6 on two metre waves. Hoverflight 45 is cushioned by a ½ metre air gap under hull. Smooth air cushioned landings.

Stationary on water enjoy fishing, scuba diving, water skiing or just explore all the islands. Make Love, enjoy life.

Short Field Take Off in very rough 3 meter seas. Excessive angle of attack to show skirt and plenum chamber where air cushions craft evenly throughout the hull during take off and landings. Normal take off hull is horizontal, no angle of attack required.

Cruise back home or to another exciting destination

Military or Coastal Patrol Colors

Take off from sand, grass, snow, ice, water, or a runway for Military or Patrol Missions. Wear on skirt and propellers increases for land use.
