609 Central Avenue Bay Saint Louis, MS Office: (228) Fax: (228) Stick built Homes exceeding the new codes required for Hurricane and Flood Zone Construction on the Gulf Coast.

Our construction methods produce top quality stick built homes. Our home product is designed to Drip Dry. Exterior walls are 2X4 or 2X6 X 9 ceilings and 5/8 plywood wrap as a standard with any ceiling height available. Homes have sprayed foam closed cell insulation, predrilled for electrical and plumbing installation with optional treatment for mold and mildew. These products recover from any moisture intrusion without expensive rework.

1374 SQ. FT., 375 SQ. FT. COVERED PORCH, 2X6" EXTERIOR WALLS, 9' CEILINGS THROUGHOUT, CLOSED CELL SPRAY FOAM INSULATION TREATED AGAINST MOLD AND MILDEW, 2X12" TREATED FLOOR GIRDERS AND JOISTS, DOUBLE GLAZED VINYL WINDOWS, METAL ROOF, CERAMIC TILED BATHS AND KITCHEN

This is the assembly of a three bedroom two bath 21st century Arts & Crafts home over a period of 5 days with 3 men. The 1269 sq. ft. shown to the "SHELL" stage of construction in the pictures below is approximately 70% of a completed home.

Structural Strength Our homes are specifically designed and engineered for high winds and flooding (a constant hurricane concern) in the Coastal Community. All hurricane straps, anchoring for foundations and roofs far exceed all new building codes. Your choice of 2 x 4 or 2 x 6 exterior wall framing; either at 16 or 24 inches on center. Codes are exceeded by using 5/8 plywood fastened to the entire exterior providing a true and solid building envelope.

2 X 6 on 2 foot centers with foam applied.

Closed-cell sprayed foam is a remarkable product which is energy efficient as well as structurally strong. Sprayed foam fuses the walls to the framing. A home built by Anchor Custom Homes© will recover well from flooding and other storm damaging dilemmas. During installation, the polyurethane foam bonds tight to the framing and adds strength to the building. The expanding foam effectively insulates tight areas that are hard to seal - like the space behind electrical outlets. You save on construction costs and benefit from continued energy savings through the life of the home.

Plywood is better than lumber for some jobs. It is strong, lightweight, and rigid. Its high-impact resistance means plywood doesn't split, chip, crack all the way through, or crumble; the cross-laminate construction restricts expansion and contraction within the individual plies. Moreover, you never get "green" wood with plywood. When you buy a sheet of plywood, you know exactly what size you're getting, unlike with other types of lumber that have nominal and actual measurements. For example, a 4 x 8-foot sheet of 5/8-inch plywood measures exactly 4 by 8 feet and is exactly 5/8-inch thick. Plywood is broadly categorized into two types: exterior and interior. Exterior plywood is made with nothing but waterproof glue and should always be used for any exposed application. Interior plywood, made with highly resistant glues, can actually withstand quite a bit of moisture. There is interior plywood made with IMG (intermediate glue), which is resistant to bacteria, mold, and moisture, but no interior plywood is made for use outdoors.

Keeping the style is important.

Open Door Policy We invite each customer to watch their home being built in our facility. We build indoors and this controlled environment protects the wood from damaging moisture and other inclement conditions. The onsite construction and assembly of the homes exterior is now process of hours rather than the weeks and months of site built homes. Structural Strength and Energy Efficient Our homes are designed and engineered for high winds and flooding in the Coastal Community. All hurricane straps and anchoring for foundations and roofs meet and exceed new building codes. Closed cell spray in place foam is a remarkable product. Energy efficient and structurally strong, foam strengthens the exterior walls. These homes recover from flooding. We sell at any stage of construction Purchase a shell or a turnkey product. Use your contractor or one of ours to assemble and finish your home. Honesty and integrity are the most important guiding principles of any good business. We will achieve the highest standards of workmanship in each Anchor Custom Home. Our Business success is predicated on family, respect, integrity and excellence. We take pride in working with the Community and being responsible citizens. Come see for yourself.

609 Central Ave. Bay Saint Louis, MS Phone: Fax: In summary: With over thirty years in the construction industry there is a very positive and natural progression to bring indoors, to a dry and controlled environment away from inclement conditions, the process of building a home. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.
