CASUAL, CONFIDENT & HONEST Acrobat wines are the result of determination to handcraft Oregon Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris of the highest quality. At the heart of these wines is the love of pairing an honest wine with casual meals and gatherings. Acrobat should always be an effortless selection – a wine that consistently pairs in every way with our lives. Acrobat is artfully crafted in the gorgeous hills and valleys of western Oregon, with an eye on sustainable winemaking practices. CASUAL, CONFIDENT & HONEST

Acrobat VINEYARDS Wines sourced from a spectrum of 3 Western Oregon AVA’s: Willamette Umpqua Rogue Our grower relationships are what make our wines consistent each vintage. We are honored to work with such marquee sites. All vineyards are sustainably farmed Two certified biodynamic Acrobat wines are sourced from a spectrum of Oregon vineyards, spanning the three classic Western AVA’s – Willamette Valley, Umpqua Valley and Rogue Valley. Each vineyard and AVA have distinct characteristics and provide their own flavor. This diverse geographical selection was done by design, giving Acrobat wines a balanced flavor profile of the state of Oregon.

2016 PINOT GRIS Tasting Notes Winemaking Acclaim A light-gold hue in color, the 2016 Acrobat Pinot Gris shines through with bright, crisp flavors. Rose petal elements on the nose highlight balanced citrus components of lemon and grapefruit. Following the nose are flavors of fresh lime, lemon zest, and green apple. These mingle on the mid-palate, rounding out a medium bodied mouthfeel with a refreshing, bright finish. Enjoy now until 2026. Winemaking The 2016 vintage was fermented in 100% stainless steel tanks, which were temperature controlled to maximize fruit character. This wine benefited from sur lie aging for 3 months prior to bottling. Acclaim 2016 Acrobat Pinot Gris 90 Points & Best Buy, Wine Enthusiast 2015 Acrobat Pinot Gris 91 Points & Best Buy (#1 Best Buy of 2016), Wine Enthusiast OREGON WINES Suggested Retail Price - $13.99

2016 CHARDONNAY Tasting Notes Winemaking Fields of exuberant yellow straw come to mind when describing this chardonnay’s color. On the nose, a bouquet of notes ranging from peach and key lime, to gooseberry and dried apricot, shine through. A clean and refined entrance gives way to layers of nectarine, pineapple, and honeydew on the mid-palate. The medium-long finish is fresh, and held together by lively acidity. Enjoy now until 2021. Winemaking The 2016 vintage was fermented in 100% stainless steel tanks, which were temperature controlled to maximize fruit character. This wine benefited from sur lie aging for 5 months prior to bottling. Suggested Retail Price - $13.99 OREGON WINES

2017 ROSÉ OF PINOT NOIR Tasting Notes Winemaking Acclaim 2017 Acrobat Rosé of Pinot Noir has a beautiful, vibrant hue of pale pink Pinot Noir skins. The nose exudes fresh cut strawberries with lemon zest and floral tinges. The palate is laser focused with bright flavors of fresh strawberries and raspberries, with a pleasant structure of lively, clean acidity. There is an overall striking balance of fresh fruit and structure that begs to be paired with a variety of food, especially cheeses and charcuterie. Winemaking This Rosé of Pinot Noir was made using a combination of whole cluster press and saignée method. The wine was fermented with cultured yeasts in 100% stainless steel tanks, which were temperature controlled to maximize fruit character. Aging took place over two months in stainless steel tanks. Acclaim 2017 Acrobat Rosé of Pinot Noir 90 Points & Best Buy, Wine Enthusiast Suggested Retail Price - $13.99

2015 PINOT NOIR Tasting Notes Winemaking Acclaim 2015 Acrobat Pinot Noir has a pretty, ruby red color. Fresh fruit flavors are immediately apparent, specifically tart cherry and ripe strawberry. There is balanced weight and acidity on the mid-palate that mingles with earthy and oak nuances in a lengthy finish. Expect this wine to age well until past 2020. Winemaking Destemmed, cold-soaked, punched down, and pumped over, the 2014 Pinot Noir underwent malolactic fermentation before being aged 6 months in French oak. Acclaim 2015 Acrobat Pinot Noir 90 Points, Wine Enthusiast Suggested Retail Price - $19.99

KEGS Pinot Gris & Pinot Noir Wine On Tap is a more sustainable and environmentally friendly way to serve wine. It keeps the wine fresh longer, preserving the quality, flavor and integrity of the wine. Acrobat was an early and strong leader in WOT. In 2014 and 2015 we won a “KEGGY” Award from Free Flow Wines in Napa. Interest in WOT is increasing rapidly as benefits include: Speed: Saves time by eliminating the need to load cases in, open bottles and cart glass out to recycling. Table-side service is faster, too. Convenience: Once it’s set up, a keg can swiftly and easily supply wine for up to 60 days with no additional effort. Efficiency: Time-savings, plus kegs take up less space than cases. Every keg delivers the equivalent of 26.5 bottles, but the footprint is less than 10 inches wide and two feet tall. Waste due to spoilage is also reduced, saving money. Choice: As brewpubs and craft brew purveyors look to expanding into wine, WOT fits their business model and physical setup. The customer at the table wins as well, as there is no imperative to order a full bottle, allowing for more sampling and tasting. Customers can order by the glass, half carafe or full carafe, depending on their preference.
