APPLE program…if the major you want is not offered in state system in NH, can go to participating schools throughout NE for reduced cost. Must stay with that major. RA is typically sophomore year+ (free room and board) Go to a NH community college for 1-2 years then a seamless transfer to UNH, Plymouth, Keene, etc if maintain B average or better.
