1st Module Leader Feedback Resilience and confidence during the induction process Catriona Burke Build trust – not just in the process but also the technology A key enabler here being that students can do this without having to worry about ‘academic’ performance UL faculty and support mechanisms Evidence of not just familiarity with the format and navigation of the VLE building, but also confidence in on-line learning process Value peer interaction (and indeed moderation by past students on the programme) which tend to equip students devise potential coping strategies going forward First module as a ‘transition’ period, during which key messages from induction can be reiterated
