Company Profile About Us CCC (Underwater Engineering) S.A.L. is a leading provider of offshore construction and subsea services to the Oil & Gas Industry with a wide range of operations in the Middle East and India regions.. Since its establishment in 1976, CCC (UE) has been the leader in its field of operations, recognizing client needs and aggressively developing quality products and services to fulfill these requirements. CCC (UE) initially started as a diving contractor providing air diving services in the oil field as well as supporting marine civil contracting works. ROV services are performed in an efficient and cost effective manner using CCC (UE)’s own ROV’s, which include one heavy work class, one light work class, two inspection class and one observation class vehicles.

Company Profile About Us - Continued In addition, CCC (UE) has now expanded its line of business to include the installation, repair and maintenance of subsea tie-ins, risers, boat landings, jackets, buoys, terminals, and flexible subsea products including Subsea flexible pipelines and cables utilizing, in the main, its own 83.5 Meter DP2 state of the art vessel, CCC Pioneer and a second DP2 vessel in the process of build for delivery by fourth quarter 2012. In 2013 two new build 65 meter DP2 vessels were delivered from the ship yard in China. With a capacity to accommodate 70 people, these vessels are an ideal platforms from which to undertaken air diving and ROV operations. CCC (UE) is based in the United Arab Emirates, operating from a large yard facility providing all the support services to its fleet of equipment and marine vessels. The Yard has a jetty on the Mussafah Channel, three hours from the open sea (Arabian Gulf), which also accommodates all the stores, workshop and maintenance facilities. CCC (UE) is wholly owned by the Athens based CCC Group and its area of operations cover all countries in the Gulf Area in addition to India and Egypt with the vision to expand its operations worldwide.

HSE Management System (OHSAS 18001:2007) CCC (UE) Management System has been accredited to the Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series specification. As a Marine, Diving and ROV contractor CCC (UE) is a member of the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) and adhering to the Safe Codes of Practice of all three sections.
