Programme Management Team (MT) to: Programme Phases Preparation phase Programme Management Team (MT) to: Confirm the scope and duration of the activity; Confirm the assignments of the TL and all TMs

Programme Phases Programme Management Team (MT) to: Preparation phase Programme Management Team (MT) to: Request the release of all TMs, including short-term seconded reviewers and SMEs; Review information and documents submitted by the Host ANSP (Response Plans/CAPs and associated evidence, self-assessment results…)

a) Conduct PQs self-assessment; Programme Phases Preparation phase The Host ANSP to: a) Conduct PQs self-assessment; b) Ensure that Response Plans/CAPs related to not satisfactory PQs within the scope of the activity are fully implemented and updated

Programme Phases Preparation phase The Host ANSP to: Prepare, update and organize evidence and documentation to be submitted to the activity team, including manuals and/or procedures, records, etc.; Communicate with the TL in a timely manner and provide him with all required information and documentation; Support the TL with travel, transportation and administrative issues and information

Programme Phases On site review phase RT visit Host ANSP to : Conduct a systematic and objective assessment of the Host ANSP procedures and processes; Recommend the issuance of any new observation to address identified deficiencies; Collect and document evidence submitted by the Host ANSP; Inform the Host ANSP of the outcome of the review during a closing meeting or briefing between the RT and Host ANSP.

Programme Phases On site Review The Host ANSP to : Ensure the availability of it representatives, counterparts and staff members involved; Makes the evidence, information and documentation requested readily available to be submitted in a timely manner

Programme Phases On site Review The Host ANSP to : Facilitate and arrange visits to industry and/or service providers; Provide a suitable working environment for the activity team; Arranges daily transportation and administrative issues, as required.

Programme Phases Reporting Phase TL submits draft report of the onsite activity, compiled from contributions and notes from each TM; RT performs a quality and technical review of the review results (i.e. the observations issued by each TM) and the input of each TM to the review draft report; RT produces the draft report and sends it to the Host ANSP for comments

Programme Phases Reporting Phase RT reviews the Host ANSP’s comments for incorporation in the final report; MT sends the final activity report to the Host ANSP at the end of this phase; MT & RT assess Response Plans/CAPs submitted by the Host ANSP to ensure that they are acceptable and that they fully address associated PQs observations.

Programme Phases Reporting Phase Host ANSP to: Provide comments to the draft report within two (2) weeks on receipt of the draft review report; Develop an acceptable Response Plan/CAP in response to review observations; Submit the Response/CAPs to the MT two (2) weeks on receipt of the final report.

Programme Phases Reporting Phase MT to: Assess the submitted Response Plans/CAPs to ensure their relevance to address associated PQs observations; Provide comments on unsatisfactory CAPs to the Host ANSP for revision and resubmission; Notify the acceptance of the final Response CAPs to the Host ANSP

Implementation & Monitoring Programme Phases Implementation & Monitoring Host ANSP to: Submit revised Response Plans/CAPs to MT Start implementing the corrective actions outlined in each CAP;

Implementation & Monitoring Programme Phases Implementation & Monitoring Host ANSP to regularly: Update to MT any change in Response Plans/CAPs; Provide MT with relevant and complete evidence of implementation

Implementation & Monitoring Programme Phases Implementation & Monitoring MT to regularly: Assess the proposed change in Host ANSP Response Plans/CAPs; Monitor the Host ANSP’s progress in implementing its Response Plans/CAPs
