Ideas for Action: Data-Driven Culture One health center developed site and provider level scorecards to make measures more relevant to teams and individuals. Another center utilized a new analytics tool to create self-service reports that all staff could use; the reports allowed users to select from drop down menus by site, department and provider to easily access their data. One center focused on updating their reports in ways that users can easily identify what action they need to take. Jim
