Five local entities proactively coordinate services for families experiencing crisis or consistently engaging in behaviors that put them at risk for child abuse and neglect. OnTrackWNC and WCCA provide age-appropriate financial education programs for elementary, middle and high school students and adults, & individual financial/housing counseling and credit reports/reviews.  Rise & Shine and El Centro partner with schools to increase overall GPAs of members/scholars, attendance, and parent/guardian participation. SAFE and Pisgah Legal Service help victims of domestic violence and sexual assault with free legal assistance and support services. Local youth are presented with opportunities for making healthy lifestyle decisions that contribute to overall health and wellbeing. Access for clients from SAFE and The Haven to receive medical, dental, pharmaceutical and behavioral health services through Brevard Health Center.
