■ Replacement of outside mirror 1.Back Ground January 4th 2018 - The previous supplier stopped providing O/S mirror of old Rexton model (~May 24, 2012) Old(~12M/Y) New(Modified) Turn signal lamp circuit removed & color painted around lens 2.Supply plan Supply LH/RH SET Only at the beginning → Later, supply LH/RH side separately Turn signal lamp removed and color painted around lens on modified mirror(Y290) Extension wiring enclosed in packing box for connection Separately supply depending on –MEMORY / +MEMORY spec Color option (4): WAA, LAK, SAF, NON-PAINT

■ Replacement of outside mirror 3.Installation difference Old(~12M/Y) NUT installed (screw the bolt) 60 62.5 90 New(Modified) BOLT installed (screw the nut) 60 96 126 BOLT:982740616D NUT:9305406001 4. How to install 1. Mark the crossing point of extended lines connecting lower and upper holes (126mm, 96mm) on the front door panel - Measure with a steel ruler - Need to drill UPPER HOLE ONLY; lower holes no change 2. Drill a hole Ø7mm - Drill a hole wider around 7~9mm to match mirror and panel 3. Assemble the pieces of extension wiring 4. Carefully take a look if extension wiring is squashed by O/S mirror while installing 96mm (center line) Ø7mm Ø7mm 126mm (center line)
