Healthy Lunch presentation By SOPHIE and Kayla

WHAT YOU TOLD US....... More child friendly Better spelling More pictures Advice for parents

FEEDBACK FROM PARENTS 75% of parents who answered that part of questionnaire thought it was “very informative and useful.” Two parents raised the issue of children being only allowed to drink water and children being allowed treats in moderation – “I agree to having a healthy lunch although I think if my child wanted a packet of crisps in there it is a parent’s choice as long as it is in moderation and there are other healthy options in there.”

WHAT WE’VE DONE ABOUT IT..... We’ve made the leaflet more child friendly by making it more colourful and therefore more appealing. All spellings are correct except from Mr Arnell’s ‘diary’ foods! Let children have “one small treat” and not said all children must have water

What’s happening about the mess of the floor.... All children have to sit properly at the table “tummy on the table.” All children have been told not to drop or throw their food on the floor and show the value of respect. If children have no mess on the floor they are awarded a ‘value token.’ A trophy is awarded to the house who has the most tokens at the end of term.
