Hyperion BY: Dairen Rogers

The Beginning We start off the story with the Uranus and Gaia (Heaven and Earth) who give birth to the first generation of titans . One of the 12 titans that were born were named Hyperion (God of light).

Hyperion and three of his brothers became the four pillars that held heaven and earth apart from one another. He was the pillar of the east, Coues was the west, Crius the South, and Iapetus the north.

Hyperion marries his sister Theia and has three children Hyperion marries his sister Theia and has three children. The children were Helios (the sun), Selene(the moon), and Eos(the dawn).

Afterwards he is confronted by his brother Cronus and agrees to over throw Uranus with him and his other brothers.

Hyperion and his brothers find Uranus and they all confront him.

The brothers held Uranus down while Cronus castrated him with a sickle

Eventually Zeus Rises up and Takes down Cronos and the rest of the Olympians break out of Cronos’s stomach.

The Olympians rise up and take down all the titans who fought in the war

The Rest of the titans are then banished and thrown into the pit of Tartarus so they cannot return.
