Conclusion The CIC Program is Unique Because: The program addresses a gap in the entire JPME war college curriculum – it is the only one centered on the “I” in DIME via cyberspace. The curriculum is designed to evolve to keep pace with the exponential global change in the cyberspace domain. The program synergizes faculty across our spectrum of programs to provide subject matter expertise that ensures the curriculum stays current and relevant. The program serves rising strategic leaders who will need to leverage cyberspace to accomplish their missions without falling victim to its vulnerabilities. It brings technical and non-technical students together to gain perspective on that potential, and its whole of society implications.
