User Interface Tutorial Using Command Buttons on Forms

What is the Command Button Wizard? One of many “Wizards” included with Microsoft Access that semi-automates creation of command buttons Allows you to attach VBA code without programming

Valle Coffee Database Report Form

Step 1. Ensure Wizard Button is Pressed Click on Command Button Tool

Step 2. Place Cursor then Click and Drag to Create Command Button

Step 3. Select Action Corresponding to Button Function (Preview) -- Click Next

Step 4. Select Report to Preview

Step 5. Enter Text or Icon for Button (include shortcut key)

Step 6. Label Command Button and Select ‘Finish’ -- Repeat for Each Button

Step 7. Align and Size Buttons Horizontally then Vertically
