I have definite career plans and know how to achieve them I have some ideas but am not sure what to do next I have a few vague ideas I am in denial...

If we recruited on the basis of degree level, wed just use a computer but were looking for examples of leadership, teamwork and commercial awareness which are usually found in extra curricular activities and work experience.
