Recruitment Competition Purpose: To encourage collegiate NSBE chapters to participate in recruitment month (September and January), to increase chapter, regional, and National numbers. Having it on social media will not only help chapters get highlighted and recognized, but will have NSBE as a whole represented more. It encourages chapters without social media accounts, to also create them. How to Participate: Chapters will post on their social media accounts their recruitment events, highlighting the chapter efforts to bring in new members (Organizational Fairs for example). Chapters will have to @ their regional NSBE accounts along with #NSBERecruitment. Tracking: Tracking will be based off of percent of chapters in region participating. This competition will contribute to “Which Region Reigns Supreme.” Regional PR chairs will keep track of which chapters within the region have posted, and work with membership chairs/ zone chairs to find overall percentages. National Membership Chair will confirm all data reported and double check data collected. Each chapter will get counted for once, even if they post multiple events, on multiple social media accounts.
