Commander-in-Chief of the Armed forces Role of the president by which he is in charge of all of the military divisions and has final say in military plans

Chief Executive Role of the president by which he is responsible for making sure laws are executed faithfully

Chief Agenda Setter Role of the president by which he establishes which issues will be priorities and which legislation should be pushed

Representative of the Nation Role of the president by which he is the embodiment of the United States.

Chief of State Role of the president by which he is responsible for attending popular events, meeting with domestic “heroes”, and representing the country at national events

The president decides what American diplomats and ambassadors shall say to foreign governments. With the help of advisers, the president makes the foreign policy of the United States. Foreign Policy Leader

Party Leader In this role, the president helps members of his political party get elected or appointed to office. The president campaigns for those members who have supported his policies. At the end of a term the president may campaign for reelection.
