What Has AFSA Done For Me? Since 1 Jan 2010 Increase in Pay E-1 Under 2 - Basic Pay in 2010 was $1447.20. NOW: $1638.24! That’s a Difference of $191.04 a Month E-7 over 12 - Basic Pay in 2010 was $3699.00 NOW: $4187.23! That’s a Difference of $488.23 a Month Why? Because We Advocated and Won Approval for Those Pay Increases
