Charles M. Conlon By Hunter Burdno

Birth and Death Charles was born in Albany NY 1868 He died in 1945

How and Why he took Pictures Charles used a graflex camera that used glass plates to print his work His favorite subject to photograph was baseball (especially the Yankees)

How he got started Conlon was a proofreader for the New York Telegram when he started taking pictures as a hobby. Then in the early 1900s he was prompted by an editor to start putting them in the paper
