Figure 1 S. aureus Recruits MDSCs to the Skin Interactions between S. aureus and TLR2/6 heterodimers on keratinocytes cause release of IL-6, CCL22, and CCL28. These factors expand and recruit MDSCs to the skin. MDSCs in turn suppress T cell expansion via a NO-dependent mechanism.
