Local priorities 65% of people who answered this question felt that speech, language and communication was one of many competing priorities for their local area. 19% felt it was a high priority.

Area-wide strategic planning Nearly half (43%) of the people who answered this question did not know whether or not there was a strategic plan for speech, language and communication in their area.
