Process of Passanger’s Hailing Passanger Calls The Fixed Number for Taxi Request Call Center sends the request details To Tetas Center. Tetaş Central Server Service 7x24 Call Center Passanger The list of the taxis nearest to The request location and The taxi information which Accepts the request turns Back to the Call Center. MOBILE APP Taxi information which accepts the request is sent To Tetas Center. Full details of the request, description And location on the map is shown on Taxi PND screen. Center calls the nearest taxis to the request location. Customer gives short Address. Taxi and PND

Advanced Taxi Security and Call System Authority to view the Taxi Security and Call Center System is developed on a hierarchical structure. Superadmins can view and controll all taxi datas on the current country. Admins can view the vehicles on their city. Admins have only «reading» authority. Mostly this authority is given to Managers of the Drivers’ Commision. They can view the income reports, location reports and details of speed.

Advanced Taxi Security and Call System All vehicles entegrated to the Taxi Security System can be viewed on a real-time map on our web based interface. There vehicles are shown in 4 different colors: Green & White: Parked and not hired car. Red & White: Parked but hired car. Green & Yellow: Cruising but not hired car. Red & Yellow: Cruising and hired car.

Advanced Taxi Security and Call System Admins can view the urgent calls. Listening the voices inside of the car without ring is also available. Base station admins have the authority to view only its members’ location reports, emergency calls. Without vehicle-owners’ agree base stations don’t have the authority to view the income reports.

Advanced Taxi Security and Call System Taxis can be hailed by calling base stations. Base stations easily can attend passengers to an unhired taxi by Taxi Tracking Interface.

Advanced Taxi Security and Call System Base station managers send the information of the location of passengers to the unhired taxis’ navigation devices. Unhired Taxi’s driver sees a «Would you like to take this passenger ?» notification on his/her navigation device. After the approval, driver can see the current location of the passenger and find passenger easily.

Advanced Taxi Security and Call System Passengers can hail taxis by the way or by calling call-center or using our mobile application. With our call-center service we get the passengers current location info, then we give this data to the system. System finds the nearest taxi base stations to the passenger and send the firs taxi in the base station notification. After one of the drivers accepts passenger, the passenger’s location info is sent to the driver’s navigation.

Advanced Taxi Security and Call System Mobile app makes it possible for passenger to hail taxi without calling a center or a base station. If the passenger wants to learn how much fare he’ll pay, he can use the pre-calculation for fare. System finds the nearest taxis to the passenger and Show a list of tem to the passenger. After one of the drivers selected by the passenger, the passenger’s location info is sent to the driver’s navigation.

Advanced Taxi Security and Call System The income reports can be viewed only by the head of drivers’ commision and the driver. Drivers can see only their own income reports.

Advanced Taxi Security and Call System No one can get lost password by calling our call-center because of the privacy. The lost passwords are only given to the vehicle owner on a paper.

Advanced Taxi Security and Call System We have a «Inappropriate Usage» report on the system which gives a list of users who deactivate tht tracking system. As an advantage of our System, no taxi driver can use our taximeters if their roof signs are broken or its cables are cut. One of the reports showed us that a taxi driver deactivate tracking system between 01.00 am and 05.00 am in a rotuine. After the investigation by the police we’ve learned that the driver Works for a theft gang between 01.00 am and 05.00 am.

Advanced Taxi Security and Call System This developed system can be used more effectively by the users owing to the RULES. The vehicle owner can get the speed violation alert by setting a rule like as «if the speed is over 100km/h send me an sms»
