Agriculture provided food and was an important source of jobs Bees preserved the ecological balance and biodiversity in nature Until the last few decades… there was a healthy relationship between pollination, food security, biodiversity, and human wellbeing. Bees and pollinators were part of a thriving functioning of nature’s ecological systems, sustaining life on Earth, providing us with the food we ate, the air we breathed, the water we drank, and the wellbeing we experienced in nature.
