History Banco de Valores was founded in 1978 by its’ main stockholder, Mercado de Valores de Buenos Aires, together with Cámara de Agentes y Sociedades de Bolsa (Stock Brokerage Firms Chamber).

It is the sole Bank in Argentina whose main foundational objective is to contribute to the development of Capital Markets.

It has obtained the highest rating by Fitch Rating Argentina and Moody’s for deposits in local currency and Trustee Qualilty, particularly pondering Solid organizational structure and business strategies.
