Just a gentle reminder As of May 01, 2017 ALL NEW VOLUNTEERS MUST have a scorevolunteer.org account! You Must request the scorevolunteer.org email account BEFORE entering the new volunteer into CORE! Once you do get the notice back from the help desk that the account has been set up you will want to IMMEDIATELY … Enter the new volunteer into CORE using the new scorevolunteer.org account as the volunteer’s email address. Mention that the faster the account is set up in CORE the better.. Since the new volunteer will have received the notice of the new scorevolunteer.org account and it would be very beneficial if the first time they logged in the Welcome letter would be there waiting for them!

Next Steps An email is sent to all parties identified on the form, alerting that the account was created. Volunteer must go to gmail.com and log into the account using their scorevolunteer.org email address and temporary password we provided. From there please see articles located on help.score.org
Volunteers can request an account as well without the admin! If an existing volunteer wishes to request an scorevolunteer.org email account… You can simply send a request to the help desk Help@score.org and request one!

Set Up Your Calendar From here you can set up all the general settings such as mobile friendly, sharing, colors, type of view etc. Google offers tons of help almost every page has a Learn More link to access their help screens. When someone has an event such as a chapter meeting you just create the appointment and send it to everyone in your chapter.. When you click on the link it will show up in their calendar. You would do this at an individual level so the chair or admin personally would send this via their scorevolunteer.org account.
