2017 Annual Meeting Minutes Welcome and call to order - Rita Zientek, Board President Acknowledgements – 2016-2017 Board Annual Meeting Minutes 2016 approved Treasurer Report - Fiscal Year Ending June 2016 and Financial Update, YTD 2017, Dale Bessinger, Treasure As of April 30, 2017 for FY 2016-17, food and beverage costs are 93% of sales revenue (vs. 91% in FY 2015-16). FY 2015-16 final revenue from membership dues was down (-5.1%) last year as compared to FY 2014-15 ($37,470 vs. $39,491). As of April 30, 2017 for FY 2016-17, revenue from membership dues is up slightly (3.3%). The Hospitality Student Program Fund (“tips”) remains healthy with approximately $13K in cash assets as of April 30, 2017 to fund student educational activities. Some of this ($566) is now used to reimburse Campus House for the cost of student meals.

Meeting Minutes cont. Ad Hoc Committee Reports and Updates Marketing & Membership Development Committee – Sue McCartney & Kathleen O’Brien Create a special event for members to have lunch @ Campus House, followed by an excursion to the Kenan Center (Three Generations of Burchfields) (Complete) Every member who is celebrating 25 years of service will receive a personal congratulatory card/note from the Campus House Club, Inc.  Upon their next visit to the club, the member will receive a complimentary dessert or beverage. Administrative Assistants Day will be highlighted and promoted as a special day to celebrate, the weekly specials email (April 25, 2018) will note the date and special floral centerpieces will be ordered for the tables. Add links to the ala carte menu and Facebook page on our weekly emails Increase member emails from 1 X to 2 X per week  Effective Fall 2017 Campus House will present a guest book at the concierge for members and guests to sign upon visits to the club and leave an area for comments or messages for anyone to read.

Minutes continued Campus House Support Fund – Kathleen O’Brien and Rita Zientek Scope and Purpose:  To be used for the renovation and maintenance of the Campus House facility, including repairs, renovations, redecoration, upgrades, repair or replacement of furniture, window treatments, pictures and other decorative items.  Number of donors in 2014-2015 - 7 Fund balance as of June 30, 2015 - $1,783.00 Number of donors In 2015-2016 - 8 Fund balance as of June 14, 2016 - $3,933.00 Payrolls of June 15 and June 29 will add an additional $56 each payroll

Reciprocal Agreement EST. 1903 EST. 2002 b  EST. 1903 EST. 2002  Memorandum of Understanding for Reciprocal Membership This memo is a nonbinding agreement between The Buffalo Launch Club and Buffalo State College Campus House Club, Inc. The intent of this memorandum is to outline the terms and details of a reciprocal agreement between the private clubs aforementioned. It is our parties’ understanding, that members of Campus House Club may visit the Buffalo Launch Club for lunch or dinner during the period of June 15, 2017 – September 15, 2017.
