Important First- It is important that you register for Board Vitals on a computer that is connected to the network. Registration is based on IP addresses. If you utilize the proxy server box this may compromise this requirement. Please go to the libraries webpage. http://elpaso.ttuhsc.edu/libraries/ Once you register while on campus you should have no difficulty accessing Board Vitals off campus. You can register using the VPN connection. Please see instructions how to use the VPN connection located in the Online Guides and Tutorials section for Accessing Library Resources.
