Your TNT Code “UBR” and your UBD Return Authorisation number To confirm the collection address The number of items that are to be collected* Are any items over 30kg?* Would you like to make another booking? * At this point in time TNT’s VSS system limits your shipment to 15 items or less and no packages over 30kg. If your consignment exceeds these limits you will be transferred to a TNT Customer Care operator to complete your booking.

ShipNow Putting control of shipments in the senders hands You will have to enter the correct number of Total Packages and Total Weight in the Package Details section. It is important that your shipment information is correct prior to collection to prevent any possible delays.
ShipNow Putting control of shipments in the senders hands ShipNow offers the option to print the shipping documentation yourself. If you are not able to print then your TNT driver can bring the paperwork out with them. An email address will let TNT send a confirmation email providing key information for your consignment. If you print your documentation then the email also contains a copy of your consignment paperwork and your TNT Pickup Reference Number in case you need it.
ShipNow Putting control of shipments in the senders hands Once you click submit, ShipNow will display a summary of your consignment and allow you to arrange another return or you can go back to the TNT home page. If you supplied an email you will also receive an email notification with links directly to the tracking page for your shipment.
