How to Request VPN access First, you must request a VPN account 1 From VMC home page, click on Resources for Employees 2. Click on “Computer/Technical” 3. Click on “Computer Support (NCS)” 3 2

Complete Request for VPN Account 5 Log in with VUNET ID and password 6 Complete form and click submit

Enable remote assistance from a work computer 1 2 Click on “System” Click on “Control Panel” 3 Click on “Remote” tab 4 Checkbox “Allow Remote Assistance ” and click ok
