I go home at 3:45. What time is it? What time do you go to school? What time do you go home?

Halloween Masks

In class we practiced drawing lines and shapes. For the younger class, we followed much complicated lines so they can make good use of their hand controls. Essentially I would like them to develop their fine motor skills. In preparation for Halloween we also colored in some monsters and I showed them examples. For the older students we drew in masks and colored them in. Everyone had a great time doing this activity! Thank you !

Lessons For the Month For the month of October, we learned about Peter Puppy (P), Eddie Elephant (E) and Dippy Duck (D). We sounded out these letters and named some words beginning with d, e and p. To better understand phonemes, we even made Eddie Elephant mask, did an action song about Dippy Duck and looked at different photos of puppies. The children found it all very interesting!
