Labour welfare inside the factory.1 Providing calm, pleasant & peaceful working environment Good Building, furniture & well maintenance white washing of the building, housekeeping, floor maintenance Well vehicle parking areas ( separate for 2 wheelers & 4 wheelers) Good ventilation, lighting(natural & artificial), air conditioning, cleaned sanitation, elimination of dust, gas, contaminated air Providing sufficient time for lunch(45 mins), tea break(15 mins), convenient working hours, no compulsion of overtime

Financial facilities like salary advance, festival advance, school season advances, LTA, withdrawal of PF during service, group insurance for family, bonus schemes, profit sharing schemes, transportation facility.
