Verification of internship, including offer letter with dates of employment Approval and Registration Department Chair and Assistant Dean will review and approve application Dean’s office will register you for the internship class Complete Coursework and Internship Follow syllabus and complete course requirements for internship class After internship, coursework, and evaluations from student and employer are complete, grade of Pass or Fail is assigned by instructor August 2016
