Houses and monument in Konia Village Konia Kindergarten –Cyprus Class A’2 Erasmus project Year 2 (2016-2017) October 2016 Houses and monument in Konia Village

First we walked in Konia village to discover new and old houses. We found few old traditional houses and we chose one And we found many new houses and we chose one .(Christina’s house) First we walked in Konia village to discover new and old houses.

Then we chose a monument Then we chose a monument . The village old fountain where women carried water to their houses in their pots.

In the following days we printed the pictures and we discussed about them.

After that we tried to find how we will work on these pictures Christina asked if the children could paint her house because it was not painted yet. (first we had seen pictures of houses painted in a different way) Theodoros asked the children to find a way to draw an old house Aggelos asked the children to imagine the women carrying water in old times and draw them. Give life to the monument .

We observed houses painted in a different way from ours and we decided to paint Christina’s house in that way. House in Konia
