Psycho- logical counselling The Psychologist can help you gain a better understanding of your own thoughts, feelings, desires and fears. Psychological counselling is not about giving advice and ready solutions, but about a process of cooperation and exploration in which you yourself play an important and active part.

Problems and Stress among Foreign Students Difficulties in settling in (adjustments) and socializing (i.e. making friends). Anxiety and depression, associated with how to function in a foreign country (That is a part of normal adjustment). In the process of adjustment, students may experience language barriers, cultural differences and homesickness. Students have to adapt not only to a new sociocultural environment but also to a probably unfamiliar academic situation. etc...

Counselling students with disabilities and special needs Students with disabilities may face unique challenges adapting to a new environment. We advise to meet with our Disability Adviser to offer counselling and put in place support needed during your studies. University can make adjustments in courses, offering everyone equal opportunities to achieve maximum academic potential
