More from the Master Plan The primary performance goal established by this Master Plan is to increase the number of Coloradans aged 25-34 who hold high-quality postsecondary credentials—certificates and degrees—to 66 percent by 2025 (48% of Coloradoans with Post-Secondary Credentials in 2012)

Provide Useful Assistance to IHEs via workshops/summits. 5. Focus on Adult Degree Completion.

Concurrent Enrollment: DHE Data Student participation growing each year About 1 in 5 11th & 12th graders now in CE Increase in minority and low-income students #’s 23% more likely to attend college 10% less likely to need remediation Higher college GPA and retention rates Hispanic student increase 37.3% from 2011/12 to 2012/13 775 students in CE or ASCENT earned a postsecondary credential in 2012/13 (60% increase from previous year)
