Project Management Office The Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for constructing new facilities and tenant improvements to fulfill the capital needs of county departments in support of their missions and service to the public. The PMO team consists of administration, 11 project managers, 3 environmental compliance, and 5 construction inspection staff to manage all project phases from inception to completion in accordance with the committed scope, schedule and budget in compliance with all applicable laws and statutes. 5
