I believe in a positive school climate I believe in a positive school climate. Principals support and develop talented staff members. Parents are key stakeholders in their child’s education and their opinions are valuable. I am committed to excellence in all students and staff. The students are the #1 focus!  

Establish and nurture positive and productive 4/20/2017 Establish and nurture positive and productive relationships with the members of the school educational family in order to better understand the history, norms, values and traditions of the school. 2.  Collaboratively work with the Principal and staff to resume successful strategies and establish new groundwork for continuous school improvement. We’ll complete this by identifying strengths and opportunities for growth for the school and school community. 3.  Collaboratively promote and communicate the school’s Vision & Mission statements to develop an environment that is inviting, structured and a safe place to learn and grow. We will do this by providing an inviting school, that includes the support of the surrounding community.

Comprises of staff members that collaborate to promote student success. Maintains high expectations for its students, while allowing for different learning styles. Promotes the utilization and evidence of data to support learning. Endorses collegiality and team building. Embraces student and staffs’ unique differences & cultural backgrounds.

ACCOUNTABILITY & DATA The evaluation of our subgroups, using formative and summative assessments is beneficial to school growth. “I Can…” Statements set a purpose for student learning. Bi-monthly Benchmark & Progress Monitoring data ensures students’ needs are being met.

4/20/2017 STAFF MORALE Staff Shout Outs are displayed in the lounge, and drawn for prizes each month! A birthday postcard is handwritten to each staff on their special day! I send out a monthly treat to each staff member with a positive message!

I created an after-school Learning Club. Our High School Tutors Rock! Holiday Hat day! 100th Day! I like to write notes to students on their work in the hall!
