Jenny Ament- 2017 MY PHILOSOPHIES I believe in a positive school climate. Principals should support and develop talented staff members. Parents are key stakeholders in their child’s education and their opinions are valuable. I am committed to excellence in all students and staff. Have fun! The students are the #1 focus! 100th day! 2017

I created an after-school Learning Club. Our High School Tutors Rock! Principal Super Heroes- getting classes pumped for testing! Staff meetings can be fun too! I like to write notes to students on their work displayed in the halls! 2017

STAFF MORALE Staff Shout Outs are displayed in the lounge, and drawn for prizes each month! A birthday postcard is handwritten to each staff on their special day! I send out a monthly treat to each staff member with a positive message!
