Access Control in Windows Windows 7, Vista, XP

Disabling Windows Account in (Windows 7) Open Control Panel. Under User Account and Family settings click on the "Add or remove user account".

Disabling Windows Account in (Windows 7) Click on one of the user accounts, for example you can use the Guest account. Under the user account click on the "Go to the main User Account page" link.

If you type "Administrators" you will give ownership to all the users that are administrators on your PC. If you want to give ownership only to your user, then type your user name. Taking Ownership If the user or group was found on your computer, you will see that the text you typed was changed to [Your PC Name]\[User] or [Your PC Name]\[Group]. If so, press on OK. Prepared by Imtithal Alnour Saeed
