SWE Mission & Organization Unique place and voice in engineering Stimulate women to achieve full potential in careers as engineers and leaders SWE HQ For more than six decades, SWE has given women engineers a unique place and voice in the engineering industry. We’re centered around a passion for our members' success and that means stimulating women to achieve their full career potentials as engineers and leaders.

SWE Strategic Goals Committing to Professional Excellence Develop an education-, experience-, and exposure-based portfolio for ALL CAREER AND LIFE STAGES AND PATHS. Additional leadership development and career planning courses are also scheduled. Podcasts: like webinars, podcasts provide professional advice and best practices for advancement within the workplace. Executive education programs: Smith College Executive Education programs are offered once per year where 50 to 100 women in engineering convene for leadership training.
